José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales.
GANDIABLASCO products employ a design language of subtlety, harmony and proportion. José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales, President and Creative Director of Gandía Blasco A.S. is inspired by the classic tradition of Greek, Egyptian and Roman architecture which is adapted to the present day with pieces of timeless beauty and practicality. The idea of ‘that which is essential’ runs through all the GANDIABLASCO collections with furniture and accessories that express an elegant and sober way of life.
Over its long history the use of neutral colours has been one of the defining characteristics of GANDIABLASCO. Now the company launches into the world of colour. New colour combinations have been added to the classic whites and aluminum tones: the sensuality of wine, eternal gold, deep blue, the warmth of earthy tones, the intimacy of green, dark chocolate browns and light grey that evokes an air of unreality.
The updated colour ranges can be appreciated in products like SOLANAS, DNA TEAK and TIMELESS; just three of the most recent GANDIABLASCO outdoor furniture collections.
The groundbreaking Solanas collection, an homage by the architect Daniel Germani to the beaches of Solanas, Uruguay, where he spent the summers of his childhood, that includes the porcelain material Dekton by Cosentino.
DNA, also designed by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales, inspired by the light of the Mediterranean shifting its reflection through the aluminium slat structures and in an innovative approach introducing teak timber within the design.
Timeless, designed by José A. Gandía-Blasco Canales and Borja García, combines simple but universal forms that evoke honesty in their design, ornament-free other than their own structures.
GANDIABLASCO completes its collections with various models of pergolas, daybeds, picnic tables, tepees, rocking chairs as well as the accessories that add to life outdoors including sun shades, side tables, plant pots and even water jugs for making sure we keep well hydrated in traditional Mediterranean style which is the font of all its designs.
Beauty, technical innovation and practicality are combined in equal measures using harmonious proportions in these GANDIABLASCO collections, sold in over 90 countries in the 5 continents, stretching from the Mediterranean Coast to the Atlantic, from Asia to New York. GANDIABLASCO designs can be found in private residences, large facilities and contract projects all around the world.
